Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Procedure


We do hope that you will love your Curly Care order but if you change your mind, please notify us within 14 days via email. Please email us stating “returns” and your order number in the subject line at support@curlycare.co.uk to begin the returns procedure. Please note, the item(s) would need to be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund.

Kindly note, that for hygiene reasons, all items must be unused and hair products should still have their original seal intact in order for returns to be accepted.

Refunds Procedure


We will happily refund you or replace any items which were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. A refund will be issued to you within 14 days of receiving your refund request.

Please email support@curlycare.co.uk stating “Refund” in the and your order number in the subject title.

Please note, postage costs for all returned items are paid for by the customer.
